Exclamation Auction Filter!!

Ok, i know the auction filter can be useful in directing those people too lazy to type /a before their posts, but personally it irritates me. Buying, Selling, Trading are common words used in regular conversation and it just gets annoying when you're in the middle of a conversation and just because you used buying instead of bu.ying it jumps itself into auction.. or if i was to say: Thanks Alex.. or something.. (Thank"S ALE"x) .. i think there should be an option created to enable and disable this feature.

I'll leave you all to discuss this option.. and i really hope Jeff reads this and makes note.. coz that filter drives me crazy.. especially when i dont have auctions enabled on some characters.

The auction filter has been nerfed a bit. It won't catch "thanks alex" anymore. This will go into effect after the inquest.

Not trying to be an jerk or anything, but if you complain about auction filter all you have to do is insert a period in it. If you don't catch yourself in it, doesn't really matter

The word "sale" in general is annoying. It gets caught in a few things... Thanks Alex, is one example... Another is the "is a letter" which I use a lot, and it gets caught, and etc.

Oh, and Nicho... Some people don't think about putting a dot in the middle of a word, because it's not what you'd usually do in most situations... That, or people don't like looking dumb as you.

Fixing the filter will be a wicked good upgrade... Catching word combos like "thanks alex" was getting kinda annoying

speaking of chat, is there a way we can get rid of the "do not stretch the screen" for posting links? having to add random spaces to break URL's up (such as posting a forum link in chat) makes it hard for new people to figure out why the link doesnt work.

get out of the 80's and get a monitor that's larger than 12 inches and can handle more than 800x600 resolution, or get some glasses so you don't have 36 font size text.

by stretch the screen it would make your text chat 2 lines long instead of maxed at 1 line.

To make it two lines, the char name would have to be pretty damn long..
