runes gone

i had 20 runes to begin with used 2 runes which some how left me with 16, a few hours later i go to use another one and they all were gone. I suffered no attacks and i didnt use any more than four so uh where are they?

my kingdom took no damage i have 2 bil food only have one kingdom and im in it so im not in the wrong kingdom also no i did not use them all. so uh what happened?

Well runes don't just disapear, so you either spent them (/na), used them for chantcrafting, or the kingdom didn't sustain.
