Acumen delay

could it be so that we could remove delay bar for acumen only, or give chars that don't use double speed boasts (light/rapid combo) which would be all chars, a boost for acu only. also to make monks better so there could be more of them, as well as caster

Those speed boosts don't stack, so having 1 lght weapon or 2 lights and 2 rapids would make no difference speed wise. All classes can get speed boosts with the exception of the Archer Theurgist hybrid.
It would be interesting though to add a new combo (DRD + DAD perhaps?) that behaves in the same way, as it would allow casters to have 2 shields without being forced to use a rapid spell in that situation; It would also allow theurgs to use 2 shields without sacrificing speed since they can only use light weapons and not rapid spells.
