THis problem is also on S2 but only seems to happen if ur over lvl 2060 and if u do the train u will go back to 2060 then be at an equivelent HC so u can transfer so another question is since this is a bug is doing the transfer at the new lvl of 2060 an exploit of the bug and also y is the HC not 2160 like it should be. So suggestion dont do any lvling till this problem is fixed

The issue with the RWK level cap should now be fixed. 2140 is the level cap.
