server 1 is down aswell. when I first logged this morning server 1 was up and 2 was down then 1 went down but 2 was up and now both are down

There is no remedy for RWK players. All RWK functionality is on those servers. They are working hard to resolve the issue.

Thank you for letting us know Can RWK have a west coast server choice too? it might help the lag issues, it's getting very sad
