Right from the first item in the faq, racewarkingdoms.com/faq.htm:

On your taskbar click Start -> Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices. Then click the Sounds tab and on the bottom scroll panel find Start Navigation (it will be under the Windows Explorer heading). For its sound select (None) at the top of the sound list, then hit OK and the annoying noise should stop.

hey uh i followed your advice and i got the clicking to go away but it still does clicks at random times any advice on how to get rid of it?
