Now you must wait an additional 10 seconds. bug

there has been a on going problem with the 10 second delay bar... it seems like it randomly decides at what speed to move, and half the time it decays too fast. and this shows we can do actions, and yet we get another 10 second error. this has become very annoying, and can become very time consuming. and i also know that i am not the only player to encounter this bug, and it has been happening for quite some time now.

is there anyway to overcome this bug, and make it work more smoothly again?

From what I have seen, it moves faster only after you do an action so quickly after a previous action that the delay bar has not fully depleted from the first action.

Example:

I kill a monster, and it takes 2 seconds for the delay bar to drain. I start another action about .5 seconds into the delay bar. Assuming my haste is high enough, I do not get a 10sec for clicking too fast. The delay bar does not have enough time to fully drain itself, and the next action done shows the delay bar moving down faster than it normally should.

This is easily solved by never ever disabling the delay bar. But that wastes a LOT of time.

The bar moves at different speeds, but the delay is still the same. Just get into a rhythm and ignore the bar.
