Nuking limit

so, yeah, i was nuking, and using a tect, and about 8 minutes or so before hour change, i got the message stating "You have hit the hourly maximum amount of moves. Take a break and come back at the hour change." and this was after the aftershock and citadel update with them having no limit. now i dont know if it really hasnt beem implimented. or if i am just one of those unlucky sobs that stuff like this happens to.

Hmm doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the code, I must have forgotten to finalize the update on the server. Can't correct it until after the map update though.
