I am not looking for exploits. I am merely trying to clarify things so I do not get banned over something that was never fully clarified.
Last time I checked it was fine to make sure what you are doing is legal before you do it...

i can pretty much guarentee the number will increase a bit because this looks like its an anti cory update designed to stop kids bezzling 8k kds an hour on their t1 collage connections with manic macro setups. Plus scott or whoever it is that calls emselfs new customer posted links to a macroing guide. in all honesty how can RF expect jeff not to edit a post that encorages cheating on an official forum. but yeah different story

Any chance we could get a visual counter to see how many actions we have left?

If he does it via IP, I assume he will do it in the same way he does swimsuits, in which case another computer won't do anything unless by that you mean go to a friend's house or a library or something to finish up.

every 500 actions or so would be a good idea, as long as you could turn em off it would get annoying as hell after a while.

Yeah I agree, a count of how many actions are left would be great, I'd suggest a command to view it instead of an automated thing every 'x' actions.

By dual computer bezz setup, I mean having two computers set up right next to each other. They would be connected via the same LAN, each assigned a different IP by the network. Log on two different characters, set both into position, and at hour change, start bezzling.
If you have enough space, theoretically you could do a four computer setup, given that your feet are dexterous enough. :P

And now that I think about it, since bezzling is the primary focus of this update... would security checks count against the total? Because those could seriously damage your bezz work.

Right now this really isnt worth worrying about. just wait untill you run out of actions then decide if the number is too low or whatever.

You can fail that security check and stop clicking. You can fail like 2 and still be safe.

Okay now we are getting ridiculous. Back to the questions....
1) Does the action limit track IP address?
2) If not, is using another character to circumvent the limit illegal?
3) If it does track IP address, is using two characters logged on two computers illegal?
4) Do security checks count as actions?

as far as actons go i think anything that can spawn a pub is an action. Ive heard of people spawning through typing in chat but they are probably lying but ive never heard of anyone spawning with a security check

You can, I've gotten a security check from answering a security check. As for what you said about not worrying until we see if the limit will be a problem, we already know it will be. If we can only do 4k actions an hour, and bezzing takes two actions per kd, and we can bezz more than 2k an hour, it's a problem.
Edit: I've also spawned a beast from chatting, it's just less common because people don't submit a message every second unlike actions.
