If you are having connection problems (timeouts, lag, etc) then please do a tracert and paste the results or a screenshot of the results here. This is the only way we can determine where the problem is since it is not our server and is not affecting everyone.

To do a tracert:
Click Start
Type cmd and hit enter
Enter the following command and hit enter:
tracert racewarkingdoms.com

Make sure to wait for the operation to complete then you can right click, click mark, highlight the entire area, right click and then come here and hold CTRL and press V to paste the data. Doing this multiple times and posting the results of each time is helpful, don't be afraid to spam us with results.

When providing results please specify if your tracert is being performed during times of lag or times of a good connection.

Those tracerts don't show any problematic routers since there are no laggy or lost packets, however, if more people who are having problems will post tracert's we could at least narrow the problem down between comcast or level3 as the probable offender.

He speaks the truth. DF, the reason you may experience lag on RWK and not on other sites at the same time is likely due to the jump between comcast and level 3 which means their two networks are not peering at 100%. Your best bet would be to complain directly to comcast about that specific hop from their network to level 3's.

ok, but i am going to say again, that the entire server complains and stops playing during these times, it takes up to 6 seconds even for poker to respond, it is the entire game, i spam for people to reply here, and no one does. it is in spikes that last an hour or 2 twice a day. I guess i am the only one that is trying.. oh well.

Next time a big spike comes on when i am on i will do another tracert, during the bad lag, the info i posted was not from that time.

Its been laggy for the last 2 weeks off and on and when it hits its very laggy. Its laggy right now on RWK. Again its been like this on and off for the last couple of weeks. Happens for a hour or 2 then goes away happens a few times a day lately.

Well its 1 52 est and the lag monster has been very active for the last 30 mins on S 1. Its been this way for well over 2 weeks now. The patch the other day was fine but I'm wondering why its been happening so much.
