This is during laggy period, which has been consistent for about 2 solid days. It's pretty irritating - offputting and making me not want to play the game irritating. It was not like this prior to 2 days ago.

I commonly get the "command cannot be sent at this time" issue, periodically i get timedout from server, and pretty much every command i give is clearly delayed, causing battles to be incredibly difficult as a caster because i cant put a gem into my cast bar before the gem apparently is "no longer in that slot"

For example, I can have my mouse cursor hovering over my face, then move it over to my inventory icon on the side menu, but I have to wait a good 2-3 seconds before it gets highlighted and i can click it.

Your connection seems fine. What you're describing is poor client performance. Are you using the downloadable client or a web browser?

Nodiatis has been running very poorly under Chrome. Other browsers seem to have no problem, but the downloadable client will easily perform leaps and bounds better than Nodiatis in a browser. Glad it's working for you
