Default Account Issues
Well since pming and sending emails doesn't make a difference, I'm going to start a thread. I used to have an account here with purchased items that guaranteed my account won't be deleted. My account is still here, but I have forgotten the password and I never created an account key so I can retrieve the password. I was wondering if Jeff or anybody could send the password to the email registered with the account?

Make an additional account on the same server. E-mail help@racewarkingdoms.com and include the account name of both accounts and the password of the new account. If the information on the two accounts matches we can confirm your identity and e-mail you your password.

If I don't remember which email I used (there's only two of which come to mind) should I make two accounts each with that email?

Can this be marked as a permanent way to recover non AK passwords or only on a case by case basis?
