Increase Leveling Speed For The First 1000 Levels

Default Increase Leveling Speed For The First 1000 Levels

This will not affect players that are more established.

New players should be able to level up faster up to level 1000. It will incentivize new players to get to level 1000 and hit the level cap before getting Sanction of Surpassment. This in turn will give them the option to spend money to get those lucrative quest items or begin ashing or skilling to improve their character.

To be fair, Transcend divides the time it takes to level by 2, so that's a huge bonus already.

The system is built so that noobs are incentivized to spend money, which is why I recommended to my friend Jeff to introduce micro-transactions. I.E. $1 double gold dropped for an hour, $2 double levels gained for an hour or something to that effect. (Unstackable so you can't spend $50 and lvl 1k in 2 minutes, but it stacks with other quests/items).

Otherwise I recommend you level up your haste and get a light weapon/rapid spell.

For noobs the fastest way to lvl is vamping, do it til you can kill 1b with 1 hit, most established players will give you a FREE suit to get you there faster.

The point is gradually easing in new players. It's no different than what soft cap and hard cap accomplish. To break it down the new leveling speed would work like this:

Level 0 to 1000: 2x Leveling Speed
Level 1000 to (Max Level -500): 1x Leveling Speed
Level (Max Level -500) to (Max Level -10): .33x Leveling Speed
Level (Max Level -10) to Max Level: .01x Leveling Speed

So what I hear is you're lazy and don't feel like clicking so much (typing now?), and you want to be rewarded just for playing so your levels go up faster magically...

Millenials always asking for handouts I tell ya...

Lazy is one thing, making the game easier for newbies and not established players is another. I'm suggesting an idea that would help new player retention so they don't get burnt out.

And you need to stop coming with the personal attacks. It's unbecoming of you.

The game is tilted to MAKE MONEY for the owner primarily.

If you want to advance fast, drop $250 and get the sose package.

Saying that millenials want handouts isn't a personal attack, it's a prejudiced generalization towards a swath of likeminded individuals. Don't consider yourself special

I know the game's hard. I've been playing this long enough. In the grand scheme of things this is such a tiny change. At least give new players a chance to catch up a tiny bit. The game's been out for 20ish years. No amount of leveling speed increase will be able to match what people have been developing on their toons for almost 20 years.

It takes 1-2 weeks to get to level 1000 if you really try.
