Some Vanilla PKer chars unbanned
Vanilla PKer originally lost all his characters due to his account sharing with Gary/cmike. Botting had occurred on one of his chars, Furious Fisting.
After investigating his claims that he only gave them the single character, and he had also not regained access to it since them having it, we have decide that his involvement was minimal enough (and that he had not profited in any way) to not deserve to lose his other chars. Furious Fisting will of course remain banned, he has lost all his kingdoms, but all perm ban mechanics have been removed and he has regained access to his previous accounts.
