Make use of the Bonus in other planes by adding tombstones or graves to chars banned in that slot that were in those kds when they were banned

i had a thought to make the bonus upgradable. this makes it fairer for all players who missed the boat on getting the 7% kds. make a limit of 10% bonus. those that got the high bonus kds, just get a headstart for being quick off the mark
