Delay Bar Repeating

A bug has been reported where the delay bar fills all the way up then decline at a rapid rate over and over. If anyone has additional info on when they see this occur or has a way to make it happen, please let us know.

it happened to me yesterday 05/19/19 between 9:45 and 10 am eastern on server 2 while in sky shrine. kinda freaked me out. i closed rwk and reopened it. that seemed to stop it. 2 other players said just after i relogged they had the same event take place.

i'll do my best to describe the event.

i logged and was already in sky shrine. got 2 security checks almost immediately. (i'm not a bot Jeff)
then after a few fights my purple delay bar would fill to full or just under then decline at a rate that was 3 or 4 times faster than normal. my haste is 119 to give an idea of the speed of decline. i would place the haste of the decline in the high 200's and that doesn't exist. it was so fast i couldn't start a new fight or click attack without purple notice saying i must wait for last action to finish.

the other 2 players that mentioned it happening to them are Ribjr and Anubis.

I see this pretty often, but dont have any additional information to provide on why it happens.

I've never actually found anything that correlates to the issue, it normally seems to be when Jeff is doing updates to back end JS.

I was online when the people having the issue reported it (in chat atleast) and was not having a similar issue.
