Where are you seeing a nondiscounted price? The only place I see 49.99 for a VS is the line:
49.99 -20%

You can paste that into Chrome and it will tell you a value of 39.992

You can select VS and it will show price 49.99 with a dash through it and 39.99

You can click the PayPal buy now button and confirm that you will be charged 39.99

Let me know if you have any other issues, but it looks good from here.

The next time you relog the store will open inside the RWK interface. When you hit the paypal buy now button it should open a new window for the paypal transaction.

This will allow for options such as PayPal Credit that some were asking for before.

SoSe deal appears to be broken on the Xsolla storefront. Value is in AUD.

It's to prevent people from even trying to buy SoSe via Xsolla. Just use PayPal for that cause Xsolla hasn't been processing them properly.
