I recently hit a dragonling zombie and took away most of it's health in one hit, I don't know if this is intended.

I noticed it on everything i was fighting last night, reported it and got no reply so im assuming its intended.

My guess is that the cripple effect procs on NPC (beast / monsters) and reduces their stats by around 95%.

It will change soon so cripple only works in PvP.
