Aside from the fact we dont. I think the intention should be that once one of these peices of gear is enchanted it sould basically remain that way. It isolates power onto specific characters which i think is beneficial for game progression and allowing other people to compete, Once the player is locked that gear is lost from the pool of available items to use until that account is eligible again.
