Haste Bonus for 100-125
Would you consider making an update to haste, in every 5 points after 100, you reduce the number of seconds in a 10 second penalty by 1 second.
0-100 = 10 seconds
105 = 9
110 = 8
115 = 7
120 = 6
125 = 5
This would be a nice addition to Haste, as well as lowering the 10 second penalty. I understand its reason for being in the game, but do not think it should be so long by default. Either this change, or an overall reduction in the Penalty to 5 seconds would be appreciated.
Would it also be possible to maybe lower the time crafting took with higher haste? Or if haste doesnt affect crafting delays can it?
