Formatting Chat

Can you work with me a bit to clean up chat formatting, so my chat reading tools can work better for users?

I know this isnt important to you, and has been functional but i have some small adjustments I'd like to talk through with you and potentially make.

Please let me know if you have a few minutes or if you'd like me to put down what i'd like to see for consideration.

On the day of the Inquest you won't be allowed to parse the chat anymore with javascript addons, so not really any need to.
