Ut Essence, For 10k Ash

As a way to remove some excess ash from the game, and give it purpose. Is there anyway we can have a random NPC, which is willing to give us a UT essence for 10k ash.

This price is WAY over what the valuation of a UT is, but also gives people a way to purchase UT's that are not restricted to them having to spawn.

Feels unnecessary. UTs aren't THAT rare. For an ash sink I'd rather see forge coin flips for ash or something like that.

I think what we're getting at with all these suggestions is that the game seems to be stagnating for the haves - those who have 10+ characters, 1 quad gold, and see no point to the status quo.

For "new" players that are still building up many aspects of the game still seem out of reach and take a long time/lots of money.

To make ash less of a nuisance for those who think there's to much floating - are you able to prevent them from collecting lotto if they're on the 1000+ list? Or have their ash half after acumen? The point of the sinks as it seems only helps to disparage those who have to those who don't have currently. The neverending battle for the bourgeois.

I'd counter and say that there are HUNDREDS of accounts that require UT's and the current limitation of 1 per month per person who can defeat them doesnt fill in the demand as quickly as it would be filled if there was an ash sink to drop ash into to get ut's

Realistically, how many of those HUNDREDS of accounts that are missing UTs do not fall into either of the below categories:

1) Have multiple characters and can get enough UT's in a month if they really wanted to kill all UTs

or

2) Have a single character and don't generate thousands of ash in a given month
