Default Quest Items Showing as Undefined
Drops are showing as undefined, as well as undefined in inventory until logging in out.

I need to know when this occurs and if it is reproducible using certain steps. Addons should be disabled for testing.

From what I can tell first sceptor always does it. (Just give him the 999 runes and you will get an undefined).

Im not sure if any of the people reporting it would have been running the add-on. Nor do I mod the chat of quest drops.

i can confirm this has happened to me as well when getting each of the scepters

below happened months ago and I sent an email on 7/17

it just happened to me earlier today when i upgraded to 3rd scepter
