Default Lower Tracking Quest Ash to 2,000
To better align 999 Runes with the Ash cost, the Tracker quest should be lowered to 2,000.

This just makes it more in line with the value of gold, and ash. I don't feel that spending 5,000 ash + time invested to find it, is the same value as 1t and the time spent. Others can debate just bringing it up for suggestion.

Yea, I see ash to gold ratio sitting at 1T per 3k at most. Lower tracking ash to 3,000 would be a good setting
