Overhaul Unborn Torments, and their Essences

My proposal is this.
Allow Dragon Essences to be activated without an underlying UT essence.
Increase gold cost for activation of UT Essences.
Increase drop rate of UT Essences to 1-3 per kill.
Increase base difficulty of killing Unborn Torments, Potentially that of Anchient Alchemars.
Move UTs into their own kill category, allowing players to still kill approved beast, or an AA. Similar to how surface beast do not affect either kill list.

Reason: allows players to better equip alternate characters and provide them a nice power spike. Opens market of UT up which is currently starved. Allows players to activate Des on accounts which are currently dead locked by the UT market. This should bring some activity to the market as well as some possibly better equipped alts for competition.

alts fuel the market, and its currently starved.

Also, this will help lower level people that are new to the game to get some power.

There is also still the requirement of Appros, which would be a time lock to prevent the quick gearing of chars.
