New Location, Proving Grounds

Allows players to Duel one another, and has a Location only message of
"player x has defeated player y in an unofficial duel."

Basically a way for players to have unofficial dueling competitions in the game, aside from the inquest. Possible we could make small tournaments among ourselves for fun.

Shouldn't have any other requirements on the area. Possibly somewhere on surface so everyone can get to it to have fun.

good way to test out builds for inquest as well or for one person to pit their own toons against each other for testing

In addition to the proving grounds being a place for dueling.

I had a second idea that would be useful to players.

If we had real Mimics of all the beast in the game, which we could test damage / builds out on.

They would provide no drops, or gold or experience so players couldnt use them to level / progress. But could get a good idea of how their stat distribution is working out.

This would really help facilitate the new changes for class balance.

Also, consider having an option where the winner of the duel takes a fixed amount of ash from the loser. We could do away with poker too
