just something that combines the individual quest items with our current SoSe
 Sanction of Serenity
 Attacker`s Balance
 Captain`s Staff of Valor
 Scepter of Master Craftsmanship
 Sash of the Blood Rogue
Could also include new Quest items for forge access, and can give a new set of class abilities, not including innate mes and resists (since those are included in SoSe)
could do something to affect gems, armor set bonuses, or skilling
Now for the skills portion of this
Increase the cap of skills to 150, and the 126-150 gap is unlocked by this new item
Skills above 125 because exponentially harder to obtain (similar to settling forge kingdoms but not as exaggerated)
a few reasons for this
- Ability to give power to some of the lower tier classes for PVE, while not effecting the ones that can already beast effectively 
- Give high end players something more to work towards that will take a bit of time
- Makes Master Templars a worthwhile beast again
- PvP balancing can be geared towards the later levels alot easier 
Skill Level Examples would be:
 Attacking Accuracy: Above 125 would give bonus Dex
 Attacking Precision: Above 125 would give bonus Str
 Casting Accuracy: Above 125 would give bonus Cnc
 Casting Precision: Above 125 would give bonus Ntl
 Criticality: Above 125 would increase critical damage
 Regeneration: Above 125 would give addition Dur%
 Kingmanship: Above 125 could affect settling rates for Forge, or just further increase interest rates
 Haste: Above 125 would speed up the delay bar OR increase move limit cap
 Defensive: Above 125 would affect ambush effects or ability to dodge Gem procs
 Monk Discipline: Above 125 would creep up Monks power more 
 Ruby Hoarding: Above 125 would affect kingdom bonus more effectively 
 Sapphire Hoarding: Same as Ruby
 Emerald Hoarding: Same as Ruby
*These are just examples
I feel like a change like this would make players already around more active, which in turn increases the beast spawns, and the social aspect of players. So everyone would be happier
