Make aquisition of SoSe easier if you have most of quest items
The requirements of SoSe (totf x2, dd, and 50k ash) are a bit harsh for people that already have most of the requirements, and gear but just lack the last few parts for sose.
Maybe altering the sceptor portion since they are not as valuable anymore, so its slightly easier to get.
