Allow Forge Kingdoms to be /pea /pe Targets
Currently forge kingdoms cannot be used as targets for /pea /pe,
I would put more tres in kingdoms in the forge if it were easy enough to do through bezzing. I understand this would result in quite a loss, but would alleviate buying rune banks filling up.
