NPC Location In Forge for Inquest Winners Only
Possibly a special location, in forge which only inquest locked accounts can reach.
Increased ash rush rate, and gold rate. (gold similar to imbued mines).
Item drop rate can be the same.
Can be imbued with an EEOST (or something) and will increase the ash rate moreso.
This gives characters who are inquest locked something to do in their free time, as well as still provide them an incentive to play a 'locked' char.
