Unable to log in

Using Internet Explorer, played earlier today, think that the server is down for some reason, also says that I ahve to wait for the announcements have to update for me to log in... how long does it take? *sits there, looks at clock, been 15-20 minutes...*

Just curious if I'll be able to play again, as I really enjoy this game.

Realize there is a loading bar, telling me that there is stuff still not completely on the page... but its a snail's pace... up a hill....
