Part 1
My idea is to change Acumen, to a Leaderboard Style with points. Where the same char can enter every month and gain points through the course of a year. During the course of the Year as an ex. Someone who has placed 3rd 3 quarters of the time can have more points than someone who has placed 1st a quarter of the time. Same concept for 2nd place winner. The objective is the final grand prize at the end of the Tournement. (small monthly prizes should exist for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, 1 eeoa for 3rd, 2 eeoas for 2nd and 3 for 1st, as an ex.)
Part 2
The creation of Guilds. One for each class. NOT for players to join. The Guilds purpose is 1st for the quests to get New equipment for the Acumen. (Thats because i recommend the discontinuation of Supers, tears and DD's, Dedev's etc.during Acumen) Equipment that can be used are upto Shadows. With the Guilds as an Ex. A Warrior goes to the Warrior Guild and talks to the Guild Master. The Guild Master sends the Warrior on a quest to Find a NEW piece of equipment meant just for a warrior and acumen.New Equipment should NOT be transferable. (This introduces the opportunity for New equipment). The Quests (my preference would be Flash based quests that opens a new window)
The only way to do the quests is to talk to the Guild Masters. (Potential for 16 quests per class) All New equipment would be better then Shadows BUT only during Acumen. No Nuke benefits or beasting benefits or any other benefits, only useful for Acumen. (sorta like golf clubs and golf shoes. Very limited use's)
Supers, DD's and thier upgrades still have a use, Beasting, nuking bezzing etc. but Tears, (was thinking they would need a trade in option of some sort. Ex trade 2 tears get 25000 ash on that char. Sorta thing. Or a Reverting back to Supers)
Another Purpose of the Guilds are for Skilling. Pay Gold for a Skill percentage increase for a duration of time. Ex 1 tril for a 5 percent increase for an hour or day type thing.
In the event of a Tie at year end, A Tie breaker duel to decide the winner.
Now Part 3
(this one's iffy. I figure it can be done but not sure.)
A Server Duel to decide RWK's Top Champion. The Year end winner of Server One and Server Two Duel, 4 Out of 7 ( 4 out of 7 is to make it fair and NOT just a lucky Fluke). For Prestige and the chance to Brag that, Yes You are The Best Dueller on RWK. ( A small award would not hurt )
