Duel list issues

• Characters don't show up on duel list upon logging unless they move to a different location first. I suspect the poker bots on server 2 are now moving on to ashing in keeps (a few have been banned for security failures in recent days) and fixing this would at least allow players to target and kill them.
• Since "A Citizen" is always at the top of duel list, it can be hard to target players who are quickly moving, or even detect them at all if they have short names since they won't stretch the dropdown box, giving them an advantage in war as you have to click on the list every time you move to check for them. This could be fixed by moving the NPC to the bottom of the list when someone is added.

Same happend for me when i was about to duel, oponents name didnt show up in the list, had to click hes name after i got attacked to be able to attack him back
