Can't log in/play

The first problem was my graphics messing up to where it doesn't display when I use my search engine to get to the site .I can log in but can't play.I downloaded the game from cnet but when I try to log,it tells me'No prespace"and refuses my login.If anyone knows what the problem is or how to fix it,please email me at williamson110@charter.net.

Are you on IE10? If so, use compatability mode, or redownload IE 9(still up on MS official website) If you are using any FF addon, Chrome addon, go back to IE 9, (or any older version, although i don't know how many of older versions are still legit found on the web anymore).

Thank you.I did finally figure it out.I CAN use compatability view to restore the graphics BUT it only works if I close all other windows before engaging compatability view.Not sure why but at least I can play again.
