Transferring
So it's come to my attention that a lot of new people are getting the idea from somewhere that transferring at level 1k is a good idea. Well it's not. This is because at 1k it takes 3 kills per stat train (like in soft cap) where as when you transfer after finishing hard cap, any amount of experience lets you train. This means at 1k you're going to spend like 6x (3k normal plus you can slow vamp which lets you click half as much) as long transferring the stats you have compared to post hard cap. In the end you still have to transfer the same amount of stats, but if you stop to transfer at 1k a portion of that overall amount will take longer. Many people say they plan on doing it at 1k so they can get the class specific quest items. Those really only matter for beasting and when you figure in the 12 hours+ it's gonna take you to kill the beast (which is doubtful if you didn't even know transferring is 3x slower at 1k) and then the 50 hours or whatever it is you spend transferring, you probably could have gotten to hard cap in the first place. Also if you're a reasonably fast leveler you can get from 1k to cap and transfer to master class in a few days pretty easily, and when you factor in how long it takes to do the stuff at 1k you really aren't getting any bonus at all for killing beasts in that time frame. Not to mention unless you transfer as much as you can at 1k (which still probably isnt enough), by the time you reach cap you'll have lost your master class and the boost you were trying to get in the first place. I'm not gonna do the math to see how much time you waste, someone else can if they feel like it. It doesn't really matter because the point is in the end you transfer the same amount of stats so you might as well do them all at the max speed instead of half of them at a much slower speed for no real reason.
