S1 beast list not reset?

Default S1 beast list not reset?
You cannot touch him. Appeared when i spawned my monthly GMT. This was my first login since the BI last night, and it's not just my characters that haven't had their lists reset, please fix this jeff (afaik, s2's reset went smooth,as my characters there were able to kill the monthly beasts)
