So many times the question is asked, "What is the best equipment, and how do I get it?". Well the best equipment depends on each class of character. You don't want to use regular armor as a vamp, as it doesn't help your durability.
To get started on your collection of 'uber' items, you need Templar, Lungs, Access, and like a million ash.
I say a million ash loosely of course, you may need more.
The ultimate armor so far is the Shadow Scale variety. This armor gives the most stat boosts in the game, and weapons and spells give 100% dur boost, so you can get rid of the DIP and RBSD as a vampire/theurgist.
However, as a spell caster/beserker you only gain damage stat boosts, not accuracy. But that's what relics are for anyways. Also take note that the Shadow Scale does nothing, yes NOTHING, for Archers. The only advantage for archers is during inquest and waging war, as a 10% chance to Ambush is implemented.
+10% chance to Ambush, 10% Ambush Resist for dueling, 1% Sneak Attack, 1% Ambush chance when waging war, +5% Void Resist, +44% Ntl, +44% Str, +25% Cnt, +25% Agi, Armor +45% Dur, Weps and Spells +100% Dur,
70% theurg casting damage boost, 10% chance for second theurg cast
NOTE: These items can NOT be traded between characters

So how the hell do you get them? Well this is where all your prerequisite items come into play. In order to get a SHADOW you need a CRYSTAL armor/weapon. You take your CRYSTAL and 5,000 ash to 150 hev 150 and deal with the Citizen there to get a SHADOW.
Don't have a CRYSTAL? Well then use an EARTHEN and upgrade it to a CRYSTAL using 50,000 ash! Don't have a EARTHEN? Well then use a DEMONIC and 6,000 ash to upgrade to an EARTHEN.
Oh by the way, all your upgradeable items MUST BE PURE, NO RELICS.

But i say, why the hell do all that. If you are decent in Acumen you can get some free ash. You can use that ash to summon beasts (141,hel,174) who drop Crystal items, and just use 5,000 ash. The thing is, only a few private beasts drop Crystal items. Master Templar 1,999,999,996 gold and 8,000 ash...
Grandmaster Templar 1,999,999,998 gold and 7,000 ash....Goblin Shaman 1,999,999,999 gold and 8,500 ash....Golem Of Living Rock 1,999,999,997 gold and 8,500 ash
The only thing is, CRYSTALS will NOT drop everytime. So it's more of a gamble than anything. 2bil gold and a least of 7,000 ash every month for a chance for 1 Crystal. So in order to fill your inventory of 10 it would cost about 20bil gold and 70,000ash. But that's only for 10 CHANCES not guarantees. You may not even find one, and if you do you still need 5,000 ash to change it, so that's an additional 50,000 ash to upgrade 10 of them. But that's the way it goes for ultimate armor, it takes patience and either a lot of money or time. You still have to add relics to the Shadows as they have to be pure to be upgraded anyways, but it's cheap if you have 10 runes and 125 chantcrafting.

All in all it costs well over 120,000 ash and 120bil. UNLESS......

...You want the ultimate relics to go onto those Shadows. Then that's a different story altogether. Devil's Deleterious Deliverance (DDD)-- Denial of the Believer + 60% boost to all stats + 20 Death Spikes + **Double Defense + Voidance + Annulment + 4% Voidance resistance + 2% mesmerization resistance + Doubles your damage output.

Woah now, one step at a time. In order to get a DDD you first need a Devil's Deliverance (DD). The Devil's Deliverance is nice on it's own, but the extra D really shines. To get a DD you can do a couple things.
1. Drop a tect, it has a chance to drop a DD
2. Buy one from a citizen at 069,Sky,157 for:
a. 250,000 ash
b. 200 Palace elements (Storm, Lava, or Blood)
c. 8 upgraded super relics (MUR, VAS, or CER)
Ok, so now you dropped at least 500 tects, killed a ton of PLAs, or spent 2,500,000 ash for 10 DDs. WELL DONE! Let's upgrade them to DDDs. You must have at least one of EACH of the palace elements. Get your DDs and trade them to the Palace Keeper, he takes the elements and your DD and gives you a DDD!!

There is still a lot to do! You can also turn your DDDs into D*Ds! The * means a multitude of things. M L O R S P W A to be exact....(To find out what the letters mean, please click this link and choose relics.) To get those sweet letters between two Ds, you need a dark essence, a pure DDD, a pure super relic (MR, CR, or VS) and 999 runes. You can trade the Puddle Keeper a MR, CR, or VS for dark essences. After you make the D*D you can also change the letter by making the Shrine Keeper Bellow. (100,Sky,250 and 2k ash each change)

So there you are! Ultimate relics are NOT CHEAP.... For 16 DDs from the Citizen would be 4,000,000 ash, and for 16 D*Ds you need 4,000,000 ash 800 dollars in super relics(MR VS CR), and 16 tril gold. You can also put a Devoidance onto your D*D to save you a space of inventory and still get the effects.

2. If anyone has the assets to get 10D*Dev shadows, I think they know how to do it or know where to get the more simplified instructions.

3. asuming in a guide does now work, 'Ok, so now you dropped at least 500 tects' I can drop 500 tects and get nothing or I can get 500 DD's.

4. If anyone needs guide/help EVERIN is on /help or jimcav.com. except maybe a nuking guide which is on racewarkingdoms.net. So its basicly pointless...

Yeah, a complete copy paste guide, how else can you get the facts without copying? Besides, some people actually use forums for help, and nothing was on here before about armor OR relics. As for any of your statements I can't disagree with any of them. I don't argue with you and your pointless messages you leave on basically every topic. You're just mad because all the facts are there, I understand. You can go to any help site including Jimcav's to find this info there. The only difference is that I can put it all down in one topic, easy to find if you want to know/get the best equipment in game. Simplification is a word you probably don't enjoy.
So instead of helping out anyone on a Newbie Help Guide you just decide to try to bash me on it. Whats the point of you even being on here if your king @&$# on a different help site? Hell you might even get some creds copy pasting my entire posts there! So I'm sorry you feel that way, but man up for christ's sake. Yes, Jimcav's site has all this on there scrambled everywhere. No #&%*, it's obvious as he has EVERYTHING on there. On THIS SITE HOWEVER, there's nothing. Not a damn thing! So figure that out before whining about something you can find on a different help site.
As for the having the assets to get 10 shadows and/or DDs, I don't care if you have the assets or not, HENCE A GUIDE. You know what a guide is right? haha, come on now. This just shows how much it actually costs for a DD or Shadow, so when they see someone get one they can realize the pains it took to actually acquire it. Also if they want one, they know how to get it now.

omgzor see enxt to the botom where it has the highest armors, guess what it says where their found from and how to upgrade, and links to the page that explains upgrading! and right next to it the text you copy and pasted...

I dont know how you can create a "guide" in a forum when theres a table that displays the info 20x better... dont see how this is "scrambled" everywhere... your post is ALOT more "scrambled" than a table...

and its not a "contribution" if you copy and paste it from another source and didnt even cite the sources...

Just on the constructive side.. No offense, but killing private beasts is a really really really bad way to get crystals. Sure, you might get lucky. You might win the lottery too, but not many people choose that as a career path to earn their salary. You'll probably spend more on privates than you would just saving up the ash and making them. The best way of course is just to buy them off someone who already has them, it's cheapest that way. If you don't want to spend your money, don't, just sell off what you were going to use to make them. Then you'l have enough money to buy them and some left over.

Either way I'm not going to argue, that link goes to the RWK help site. I don't really want to describe all the different perks. That makes it easier for me. To buy the items from other characters means you need reputation, trust, and funds. I have chat off most of the time because all thats on there is guys acting gay or people bashing others because they can't spell or use grammar. Having only auctions on filters that crap though.
With not using other characters for support I feel there is a sense of pride. That you actually did it on your own. Indeed it is cheaper and less time consuming, but that takes the fun out of it. Besides most RWKers are idiots and I could care less if they sold Crystals for cheap. I don't want to help them alleviate room from thier inventory or help with their gold/paypal situation. But this is a multiplayer game so depending on others is needed if you want to get ahead easily. Depending on yourself guarantees you don't get screwed over, but leaves you more at risk for enraging everyone against you with no help if you get nuked or what not. Either way it's the in game way to get the items you want.

I wouldn't consider this an "uber guide" it is someone copying a majority of the post from jimcav's site, adding common knowledge and neglecting to post the source of the copied information. Where as he also failed to mention anything about other types of armour.

To be considered an "uber guide" you would think he would mention most/all types of armour.
