Yellow Bar/Skill Glitch

I logged on today, I had my skills set at 99%. I changed it to 40% to transfer some stats while still having a little go towards skills.

I killed a few Satan's and noticed my yellow bar is going UP. It is going up about 3/4 of the way. When it is completely filled, my purple bar does not move (which is a good thing I suppose)

I AM at the level cap of 2,310 so the yellow bar shouldn't be moving at all...

I tried to douplicate this on another account, and it works. So

For xferring you need to set skills to 0%, otherwise you'll get a yellow bar which will indacate you how many kills you need for the next train, so that's not an issue, is just something you have to expect when xferring with more than 0%.

And yes, the purple bar at level cap will not show at all.
