Default Building a kingdom

I just thought I'd post a little help for those newbs who want to build a kingdom, or start building a little plex.

When you're building a kingdom, the first thing you need is a bit of food. A few mil will be enough. Next you want to put morale in. Personally I like 50%, but you can do 99.99% if you like. After this you want some armies. However, do NOT max out your armies, as this is a waste of gold. If you divide your kingmanship level by 100, that is the percent increase you will get on all your kingdom assets (bar tres) per run. So if you have 50 kingmanship you will get .5% increase per run. If you max out your armies and forts straight up, you will be wasting these potential free armies. A good method to use is to buy say 1b armies and 500m forts, then run it as much as possible (more than once an hour does nothing). Each hour you run them, the armies will increase. Once they are nearing maxed (or earlier if you're feeling daring :P) you can add some treasury in. Treasury is how you make gold off kingdoms. Go to this link to find out how much you can make in 24 hours. After your armies max, you can settle an adjacent kingdom and transport some of them in and have them gaining assets in two kingdoms, and this is how you can grow..

Chop and change this method, as it's only a guide, to suit your needs.

Default My quick guide

Steps to starting a 2x2 plex with only 50 bil.
1. Find an area of 4 kingdoms with Nobody as the king in a 2x2 grid.
2. Settle them.
3. Buy 50% moral (50 mil per kd). (200m total)
4. Buy 500 mil food in each kingdom. (2b total)
5. Buy 1 bil armies in all of the kingdoms.. (16b total)
6. Buy 250 mil forts in all of the kingdoms.. (12b total)
7. Buy 2 runes in all of the kingdoms (8b total)
8. Deposit 1.8b treasury in all of the kingdoms. (7.2b total)
Total cost: 45.4 bil

You can now run it every hour to increase the food/army/forts. Also every 24 hours you can embezzle from the treasury and make gold to build them up more or start new kingdoms. Once your armies reach 2 bil you can transfer some out to get free armies for new KD's. Note that you can also vary the amounts used for building, this is just an example to guide you.

That is a pretty good guide, both of you. However it is still quite difficult for a newb to get together 50 billion gold, especially if they don't have access. Ashing seems to have gone down considerably recently, so I'm not sure if building kingdoms would be a feasible thing for a newb to do in the first place.

The way I started out as I remember it, I was selling ash then used that gold to poker up enough gold to start building some kingdoms. You'll need to keep pokering for a while until your plex gets to the size where it's self sufficient and makes enough money that you can use it's income to build new kingdoms.

And 300b is hardly anything when it comes to plexes. You could hardly build any kingdoms.
