Vanishing Dflames

So I kill me this Dragon Eater on Kanningu right? It was just after server reset this morning that it dropped me a Dflame.

So I traded the dflame to Nusens for storage and clicked accept... timed out, click again, trade expired, not in inventory. Hop back to Kanningu, shows the trade was accepted. Relog both, check inventories, poof, no dflame.

So yeah, am I SOL?
