Default Essence Element of Enchantment
I couldn't find a description for this anywhere in /help but on Jimcav's site it says "Allows a player with enough crafting skill to enchant or disenchant demonic items and higher for free." I tried disenchanting my Forge Shield and it wont disenchant it. Is this item bugged? If not, could it be possible to make the EEoEs work with disenchanting Forge items? It's one of the rarest items in the game and right now its just dead content, but allowing it to work with forge items would shine some life into them.

Not bugged. Still saves you 250 runes when enchanting/disenchanting below forge gear. If you're in a full set of forge gear, sell it to someone who isn't.

Also, calling something dead content when it clearly isn't (you'll be dead content IRL before half the players are in full forge gear) in an effort to get an easy button buff is a good way to get added to my "this guy is a pre-madonna and all his suggestions are to be ignored" list. Don't be that guy.
