Jeff - a monthly subscription service of sorts....
For $25 a month, you get a random lootbox at the beginning of the month. Could be a bunch of freeforts, maybe a VS? 5 STs? Who knows, you decide!

Or a scalling character subscription
$15 a month gets you a sose char, can't hold kds nor compete in acumen
$25 a month allows you to compete in acumen
$75 a month and it comes with 865 crafting, 99 all skills, and can settle kingdoms (but not forge), if you take this option you get a $100 discount off the sose package on that char but it loses the tradeskills down to 400 (since it doesn't have TSM)

it goes back to being a sur bound char without any upgrades. keeps the skills as if it never had SP (so full 99), cr goes to max 400 all around, 10 chant. drops are kept but no other quests tied to sose. if the char got apos he keeps it since it's not a part of sose

I'd like to see the fly / zombie quest changed so that there is either no cost associated with starting the quest. or there is no searching after paying / killing the beast. Additionally, i think players should be able to kill multiple (2, 3) of these, or the spawn rate needs to be altered. Either remove them from common spawns, and put them on AC only, or lower them even further priority wise.

Basically Unwanted
Miner, Theif, Zombie, Fly, PB

Low Priority
CC, DW, PLA, Rogue

Medium Priority
EHA, LA, UT, King

High Priority
AA, DE, MT, GMT, Shaman, Golem

I think you could do something around spawns to make beast a better experience overall.

Scepter which allows players to select a Forge Kingdom to be a 'bank', and they can use gold from that kingdoms tres to build / fortify alternate kingdoms. Should make for interesting nuking.

Enchant actions menu, Should only list items which are not enchanted.
The relics menu should only list relics.

The Disenchant actions menu should only show items which can be disenchanted. (not based on skill, just if they have an enchantment).

Easy fix.

Burn a DE, get a coin (single flip for forge lowering)

Burn a super, get a small bag of coins(between x and y?)

Burn a DD get a big bag of coins (between y and z?)

Or something like that.

Remember that the amount of beasts that are spawned depends on the amount of players currently playing on your server, so tell all your friends about RWK! And maybe tell a few people who aren't your friends too.

I'm pretty sure it's been mentioned before in this thread, but a forge beast would be a great addition to the game.
  • Require Descender for /bb to work
  • Drops 1-15 gems or rarely a great gem of a random flavor
  • Setup such that it takes more than one hit to kill at minimum (but nothing like flies/zombies) to allow for greater competition
  • No AA lockout

And then there's my separate suggestion:
If unofficial RWT is going to continue to be banned, create a RWT marketplace with a modest marketplace cut so RWK stay on the right side of legal grey areas while allowing for a decent economy. As it stands right now, there is an insurmountable gap between established and new players that really only RWT can alleviate. The creation of a marketplace, while likely requiring decent dev time, in my opinion, would be a great compromise.
