it's all good, i went a good 6.5 years without being scammed, it was bound to happen unfortunately.

which means, by knowing they are no longer under the ownership of a scammer, then you most likely believe that they were bought. because, like it or not, if Ihsan Shade still owns them, then he is most likely going to carry the scammer tag over his name for the rest of his RWK career.

I just think he should be banned because I highly doubt IS having a differant owner to the scammer.

Also, anyone here wonder if IS is SoS (Servant Of Spike) as SoS is mimiking IS's posts with the whole D*Devs, crystals eeoa's and **** auction buys.

Jeff, care to see if SOS has ever had the same IP as IS?

It's my believe that if a character exchanges ownership then that is character trading.

What is bannable under character trading then? There's no real clarity, some players get banned for it and in this instance he doesn't...

I think there's clarity: Don't trade characters or you'll be banned or scammed or you'll get lucky and neither will happen. Don't come crying to me when you don't get lucky though.

So what you're saying and i don't mean to sound disrespectful or anything else by saying this is: That you have made the rules but don't really have any way of enforcing them nor will you enforce them even if you have a clear cut reason to?

I can understand people will and have char traded on different sites and you can't keep track of them so that would account for the get lucky bit.

Getting scammed is only the case if you accept PP for the character or don't use a middleman.

The getting banned bit should be the case when there is evidence that char trading has occured such as this instance.

So really there isn't clarity as the only variable involved is the operator of glitchless at the time (If it is indeed multiple persons or someone with multiple personalities). Bans for char trading, which you said was illegal at the very start of this thread, are dependant on your judgement inevitably?

I think that's a fair summary but I don't understand the reasoning, i know rwk is a profit making business for you but to some extent consistency and neutrality to players within the game feed the desire to play and line your pockets. If some people see you as banning some and not others for exactly the same offence would that encourage or discourage them to play as how is it defined whether they're liked or not liked by you?

They're the questions im posing as I can't answer them or even begin to try.

I know account termination is covered in the ToS, so maybe you don't even want to reply to that.

The consistency and neutrality is as follows: We've never banned someone JUST for sharing/trading characters. It's only when problems arise concerning the fact that they're sharing/trading characters that they get banned. It's against the rules because we don't want to deal with the whinings that arise when person A trusts person B and person B is not trustworthy or retarded. If you can't understand that and keep whining about it then you're causing the same pain in the butt that we're trying to avoid in the first place and that can't be a good thing.

The char trading/selling/buying rule is obviously a technicality rule.

It's to ensure that when other rules are enforced that people can't use a stupid loophole.
