and u can use it on kd's as well

though the chances of u finding 1 are slim

but it still has a use like if a beast is a dud

try /se in the kd at hour change

and u should find a real beast

and i ahve tested this so i know it works

actually NS isnt right and neither are you. first of all learn the difference between privates and regular beasts. i've seen multiple privates that werent touched for weeks go inactive and become ghosts that's /se DOES NOT work on, so you lose your priv. that's what the original post was about. and no you aren't going to be able to walk around randomly typing /se and finding a beast unless there was one there in the first place. and wtf do you mean a "real beast". they're all real or were at one point. if you've tested it and know it works, why is there ghosts if you can /se and revive them? oh wait, it doesnt work. grats on failing the game, go make some stones.

Yeah people keep saying /se has a point. I wasn't around when it was in use so I don't know what it's original purpose was and what the game was like back then. But as I said, from what I've seen it has no point.

And another thing, how can you make a privy public? It's not like the character that spawned it is the only one that can hit it or see it. It's public for anyone who knows where it is or has the fortune to stumble upon it.

you can type /se and in shout it'll say "A dormant beast has been awoked in xxx,yyy!! or some **** like that, even if it's a private. so essentially you'd be sending your priv locs into chat.

when u get a dud spawn like its not a beast but just a normal criiter

if u type /se then after hour change it can wake the beast tht was meant to spawn

Btw no one was complaining about spawning and not being able to get to their spawns here. The problem is that after a while privs go inactive where you can't attack them. They show up on the battle list but when you submit to fight them it says Enemy has moved... lost target or whatever the message is. It then disappears from the battle menu, but when you leave the KD and come back to it, it reappears.

I'd rather them bug every now and then and get lost, than have the christmas eternal CC happen again (A beast that resurrected itself after every kill) which is an exploitable bug that could be introduced by attempting to fix this. Like Glitchless apparenly once mentioned, "beasts are for killing not skilling". And with them spawning on surface now gl keeping them from being found by a noob.
